We prepare your Boujee Box within 1 day!

Then, we expedite the shipping to your preferred location.

Shipping times depend on the province it is being delivered to.

IS THERE A RECEIPT IN THE GIFT BOX?

Nope, we do not attach any receipts to any gift box.

The only time you will get a receipt is when email you the confirmation receipt

after your purchase has been made.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/PRODUCT SWAP

 

For items that are no longer available we will product swap for a similar category product at a higher valued price!
If the order is not a 24hr order, we will email you first with different product swap options.

 

RETURNS/REFUND

We work hard and pack our Boujee Boxes as secure as possible. If you receive your Boujee Box in damaged condition, please reach out to info@boujee-box.com for assistance. Please review our Worry Free 14-day Return Policy for more information.

 

CAN I ADD PERSONALIZED NOTES/MESSAGES IN THE GIFT BOX

Absolutely!

Leave your personal message on the 'NOTE' section upon checkout or when you are adding a Boujee Box to your cart (Build Your Own Box). 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY IN CALGARY

We offer local delivery in Calgary everyday, between 9:00am and 9:00pm Mountain Standard Time.

During the holiday season, residential gifts may be delivered up until 10 pm. If a recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, the gift may be left with reception, concierge, or on the front porch if the area is considered safe by our driver.

If the area is deemed unsafe or there is nobody available to accept the gift on the recipient’s behalf, it will be returned to our location and the sender will be contacted for further direction.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

At this time our gifts boxes are only being shipped to Canada & the US.

ORDERING MULTIPLE BOXES SENT TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES

If you want to place multiple Boujee Boxes and would like to ship them to different addresses,
